    Hmm, I was wondering what to fix for dinner. This will require a trip to the store. I'm thinking sharp cheddar, definitely some caramelized onions, and maybe some bread and butter pickles.

    but........ If I eat a cheeseburger, wont it undo all of the progress I have made? And wont I wake up tomorrow morning and be 342 lbs again? And won't it instantly clog all of my arteries and cause all of my friends to fall off of their wagons too?
