    5) I rode in a two-place airplane the other day -- with another person. (I was too heavy for that before)
    4) My knees are doing the happy dance since my tonnage is down.
    3) Instead of a 42 waist, my 36's are getting loose
    2) Gravity is less involved in my day-to-day life.
    1) I can see my belt buckle. Six months ago, no one could see it.

On the down side, I've eaten so much canned ham, canned salmon, and canned tuna, that a neighbor had to call the firetruck to come get me out of a tree the other day.

    1. Fitting into my 33" waist Levi 501s that I bought at least 12 years ago. (These are unworn, so not stretched or shrunk or anything.)

    2. Fitting into medium size t-shirts instead of squishing into extra-large!

    3. Discovering that I rather enjoy walking.

    4. Discovering that I have willpower and can resist the bad food/drinks!

    5. Sleeping better.

Being ok with what I see in the mirror even though I've got another 42lbs to lose (68.9lbs down   )

Working at a call center were somebody new compliments me almost everyday

Finding out I'm an inspiration (who me??)

Getting hit on by a cute 25yr old at the bar when I'm 32yr and wasn't even trying to look good lol ( only got eyes for my husband but it still put me on cloud 9)

Not going on a diet but making a true lifestyle change that I love ( not missing all that junk I use to eat)

Editing to cheat because I have to add that I finally have definition to my face, a jaw yay cheek bones!!!

    5) Getting into a US size 8. Haven't done this since a brief stint in high school -- about 20 years ago.
    4) Rocking a tank top
    3) I can help my husband move the washing machine and... like... actually HELP.
    2) I can run. A few miles at a time. And it's not even that tiring.
    1) Posing for pictures, I don't have to agonize over how to adjust my face so I don't have a double chin. I just DON'T have a double chin. It's an amazing feeling not to hate myself in every picture.

I've only got 5 days under my belt, but I already have a couple:

Not feeling bloated and having a tummy ache every time I eat
    Tons of energy
Finally being able to just say no. I would always tell myself just this time won't hurt. I always grabbed the sweets and eat if even if I wasn't hungry. It's so liberating to finally have control over food. I could never just STOP!

1 - I'm starting to feel muscle in my arms and legs instead of fat (nice and firm)
2 - Feeling a lot better with myself - no longer feeling guilty when I eat etc...
3 - My tummy doesn't sick out as far as it used to, even when I push it out.
4 - I no longer dread doing the Jacknife muscle exercise on the Wii Fit (and I'm really feeling the benefit on my abs)
5 - I've got much more energy and LOVE that burst of adrenaline after a good cardio workout

    1.) No more knee pain
2.) Being able to wear a MEDIUM size shirt, not XL
3.) Not having to shop for only flowy shirts so my stomach doesn't show
4.) Feeling more attractive and confident, especially with my boyfriend
5.) Better digestive system! (Have IBS...a healthy diet and exercise really can work wonders, especially once you figure out trigger foods)

    1) breaking a ten-year PR in the half marathon without really training for it (I NEVER thought I'd run this fast again): 1:38:32

    2) a doctor on my swim team doing a double take, asking if I'd lost weight, & telling me it's very visible in my face & arms (two areas I most wanted to reduce!)

    3) discovering that I love cauliflower

    4) learning the "secret languages" of food (calories and macros) and of my body (heart rate monitor)

    5) finding a healthy, maintainable relationship with sugar and carbs (as in hardly ever eat them)

    4. finding healthier recipes to try and cook.

    1. I can run a mile without stopping.
    2. Last year, I did a 23-mile hike which included climbing mountains and a waterfall.
    3. My engagement ring needs re-sizing.
    4. I care less about how my hair looks. I used to want it to be perfectly straight, which I think was to compensate for my size. Now, I don't mind if it occasionally looks a little curly or 'wild'.
    5. My calves have real, visible definition.

    My future NSV's

    1. Fitting into my wedding ring. I refuse to get it sized!
    2. The towel thing for me too!
    3. Taking pictures and liking how I look in them
    4. Wearing my hair curly. For some reason I feel like it makes me look worse so I straighten it always.
    5. Wearing short dresses, I hate my legs right now but I LOVE dresses. By short I mean knee length and not maxi's all the time..lol

It's still early in the process for me but these are mine:

    1. Realizing that the never-ending supply of fast food drive-thru napkins in my car's glove box is gone because, well, I haven't had fast food in over a month.
    2. Seeing a picture of myself and thinking, "Wow, my arms look skinny!"
    3. Having someone I haven't seen in a month ask, "Have you lost weight? You look great!"
    4. Not being tired/grumpy/irritable 24/7.
    5. Jogging for 5 minutes straight - and not DYING or PUKING!
