This is me on 7/15/2009 and I had lost 51 pounds. Still not great but some better.


I'm going to keep plugging along. I love seeing how everyone else looks in their after pictures so KEEP THEM COMING!!! They really inspire me.

i know whats wrong, look at the link, it has her username in it, and the forum is censoring it in the link...providing the wrong link

people can see it by copy and pasting it in their browser and changing the **** to d, i,c, k

and wow, now that i have! good work, keep it up, you can really notice that you are losing

Thanks so much for posting - what an inspiration!! I have lots and lots to go and it is really a huge help to see what a difference it has made for all of you!!

I hope you are all really proud of your work!! it takes comittment and doing the exercise even when you don't want to and saying yes to health and no to foods that are not helpful - all those 'small' steps made a huge difference!

This is me at Christmas, approx 199lbs


Me, April 10 pounds less. Not a huge loss, but I find the difference is huge.


I'm kinda of struggling to lose anymore although my goal is to lose another 40 pounds. I go for a full physical and stress test at the end of the month so that will determine why I can't seem to bust through this plateau.
