    LOL my room stays messy. Even when it's clean it's messy
    I have longish legs and a somewhat short torso, it's so weird!

    I am the exact same!! I'm 5'9 and pretty much all legs, I have a short torso, I don't like it lol

    Op i think a good strength training routine auch as SL 5x5 with a slightly over tdee diet would be perfect for you to gain some
    Muscle mass and cut fat at the same time. Lean massing is a great way to improve the aesthetical look. Also the xtra muscle will burn more calories allowing faster cuts in the future.

    Taryn - you look great at ur current weight :) much better imo

    Dahlly - get some more mass on shoulders and chest then a clean cut

    Cris - you got the mass man, just get on a slow cut and you will be ripped

    Sergant - uhh heavier squats? Look great imo


    Now my pic, i just recently began a bulk as i was too tiny for
    My own liking at 8% bf and 157, so im now up to 167 with a lil added bodyfat but that's gonna come with bulkin so no worries.

    Awesom I love this, o.k. I have two questions for you fine folks

    This is my calf after a couple months of stregnth tranning, is it pretty good, I know I have fat to loose

    and these are pics of WHEN I was 90 pounds smaller, this is the smallest I have been in my adult life, I know it's kinda hard to tell, but how much more do you all think I can aford to loose I am wearing a size small in these, and just to pount out, I have a ton of muscles and am very broad
