Wow, y'all are in amazing shape!

PS OP, I don't see any semblance of a jiggle! Girl look at that body!! haha

Here is me as of yesterday. About 112 pounds. I am looking to lose another pound, and then focus on toning.

Alright time to see where I fit on this one. Like another user earlier in this thread I just started a bulk cycle. So there will be some fat gain over the next few weeks.

Look good man, only thingni notice is your shoulders seem to outweight bis and chest fairly substantially. Could just be the pics though?

Were you a swimmer? You have a similar build to elite swimmers. (not a bad thing)

@dusty8907 - Thank you for the input. Yeah looking over the pic again I do notice the bi's not be in balance with rest of the arm. I always felt my shoulders were my weak point.

@Trail_Addict - I would kill for a swimmers body. That is more the build I am looking for as stocky build would just seem off on my frame.

    Appreciate the reviews

Boy you guys look so great no wonder you want to post your pictures on here. The fact that you all look so good makes me feel even more stupid for not being able to do this.

    I am 5' 8"
    185lbs

I hate my body. I hate my fat stomach. I hate the way my thighs rub together. I lost 50 lbs almost 2 years ago and in 6 mo. gained back 20. Next year gained back 15 more.

I was thin for a few short months. I`ve been on MFP for a month but was trying to lose or keep the loss the last 2 years with other calorie counting apps and exercise. Before that dieting for years! Since about 17 years old.

    I have been completely unsuccessful.
I don`t even know how to add my picture so you can tell me so too.

Honest? I hate that I don`l lose weight. But I know that`s not your problem.

oh, and pardon my messy room...

we are the same weight, your legs look great to me!
No, I'm not posting mine, but I have a few piccies on my profile. I've only just started out on my healthy journey. I might come back in a year and post them

Great work everyone. There's not a thing I'd change if I were any of you, but then I have a long way to go, and we are never completely happy, no matter how good we look to others.

i personally dont see the jiggle you're talking about , && i dont know your height so idk if 110 would be too low. id say maybe focus more on toning exercises over losing weight. ive actually had to gain weight, but my inches went down & this is the flattest my stomach as been ever even when i started at 99.

heres me now. : at about 112 want to stay here

i was this: 99 and when i started i found this one to be attractive sadly.

    Okay, gonna add my picture.

I have lost 12lbs, 4.5" off my waist and 1/2" off my hips so far, and have 44lbs left to lose. Be honest, but be kind with me, please!

This was me when I started my journey (45 days ago today!)

That's me a couple weeks ago. Still trying to somehow get a decent picture of arms/legs but my larger mirror recently broke so that's proving a bit difficult haha. Anyway, started doing more weight training recently to build muscle and tone up.

Short story: you have no definition in your arms (hope thats ok to say), and at your height you need more food and you should still be able to loose weight with it. Your underweight as well. I have no problem with people in the under weight section...as long as they are eating enough, it seems your not. See my profile for details. My average day with exercise usually puts me above 2000 calories...I'm also shorter and the same weight so you should be able to eat more then that and still loose. Youd probably look better if you gained some muscle if you ask me. Im a skinny stick right now and I basically have the same problems as you (limpy arms but wanting a flatter tummy and less flab lol). Feel free to add me for support and to see that you should be able to tack on many cals and still loose...but I think at this point we both need to gain muscle...which is heavier.

Me pounds heavier then I am now

To the OP, I am going to give my honest opinion here.

I am going to echo everyone else and say; more weight, more muscles. I think you already look too skinny, and 8lbs less of fat is going to put you a very underweight level.

I read your profile and it concerned me. You say your GW is 110 lbs (at 5"8?!?!?! I'm 5"5 and 110lbs would probably be too skinny for me), and maybe even less. I also noticed you say some of your inspirations are some of the girls on Tumblr. Now, I pop in and out of Tumblr occasionally, and I've seen these girls you're probably referring to. All 'I hate my fat body, I'm so pathetic! *cue picture of themselves when they're already very thin*' and 'I'm so fat, I'm gonna go and throw up the lettuce I ate'. Or '*posts picture of girl with legs like matchsticks* I want her body!'. Thinspo, anyone?

I'm not accusing you of having an eating disorder, though I noticed you said you've recovered, but I do have concerns about your goals. Being underweight is not any healthier (or attractive) than being overweight.

    Good luck.

This is from today. For some reasons, the lighting and the bathroom mirror make my abs look very defined.

Oh my awesome Lord. I ache to look this way with that tummy! I have stretch marks though so I am not sure if I can tone it that way or need a tummy tuck :/

This is my calf after a couple months of stregnth tranning, is it pretty good, I know I have fat to loose

    Picture302.jpg

and these are pics of WHEN I was 90 pounds smaller, this is the smallest I have been in my adult life, I know it's kinda hard to tell, but how much more do you all think I can aford to loose I am wearing a size small in these, and just to pount out, I have a ton of muscles and am very broad

Maybe another 10-20 if you want to be smaller..if you want to be the thinnest you could without being too thin Id say 30 tops but I think you look nice in that middle picture! I LOVE the sweater and you look healthy :]

I know that I, as well as probably many of you, see myself differently than other people see me. So what I was wondering is what you guys think of me. And then you can add your pictures as well and get opinions on you. Some of this might be harsh though so I wouldn't suggest adding your picture if you can't handle criticism.

So here's me, I'm not sure how much I weigh right now because I don't have a scale. But I think that it's somewhere between 118-120. My goal is to get to 110, but mainly I'm just looking to tone. I'm not a fan of the jiggle I have.

    2lb2b0y.jpg
I am begging you to please not lose anymore weight. In fact you look way too thin. I am the same height and only weigh 5lbs less and may be facing liver failure (I am only 19 years old), have already faced death, and feel like ****. I agree with people who said you need to gain weight. In fact, screw the scale and just tone, because the numbers will go up. Sorry if this is harsh, but its the truth.

Truth? You CAN lose weight and with dedication you WILL keep it off. The issue most people have is remembering it is a life style change and has to be permanent, not temporary, so make your weight loss regime something you can keep.every day. I made that mistake in high school because I didn't realize weight would just come back and I had to lose it later.
