    On another note, you can add a spoon of suger-free jelly/preserves to the plain yogurt. For 1 TBS it's 10 calories. I only use about a tsp per 6/8 oz container. Plenty sweet for me.

    1 TBS. of preserves in your smoothie makes the smoothie taste like you got it at a juice bar.

    Maybe they'll make their way north...

    That's probably b/c you have stricter (BETTER!) rules about what can and can't be added to food.

    I'm confused. If these are designed to flavor frosting, and one would normally flavor frosting with vanilla extract or coco powder and almond extract, or cinnamon..... Or any flavored extract imaginable, trust me you can find and make any flavor combo, even creamcicle. Why wouldn't you just do that yourself and avoid the dextrose and colors?

    got 18 a couple weeks ago free with coupons. they are awsome!!! can add them to almost anything and there are lots of flavors to choose from.
