Ladies, 5'7, what's your goal weight?

Originally my goal was 120. I met that goal 3 years ago. Now I'm trying to get down to 115.0

1680

I'm 5' 7'', my goal weight was 140lbs but just got to 133lbs and this feels right. I'm now maintaining, happy, active, fit and healthy.
Good luck with your journey, don't be a slave to the numbers, the feeling of well being, being comfortable in your own skin, clothes fitting well, being fit and having the energy to do what you want are the true indicators that you have reached your goal.0 -
I am hoping to get back to 130lbs0
-
160
Ideal weight range for 5'7" is 123-163. 123 being the low end of a small frame woman. 163 being the high end of a large frame woman.0 -
If I can get to 155, right now - I'll be happy! :-)0
-
I would like to reach 130, but I'm at 135 right now and pretty happy with it, so I'm kind of trying to maintain for awhile...if I do end up losing more, great, but I'm not going to beat myself up if I stay where I am. I'm 5'7 and fairly small-framed.0

My goal is 135-140. In high school I was 125 and I looked like Skeletor. I would say I have a medium frame. Right now I am stuck in the "Pit of Despair" (aka the 160's) and am closing in on the high 150's. I fluctuate anywhere from 168-163 depending on my fluid retention. After today though, I'm probably back up in the 170's. Yikes.
I just want to weigh under 140 fully dressed and after dinner. 135 naked first thing in the morning. :-)0 -
I'm 5'7" and have 120 lbs of lean mass... my goal is between 150 and 160. 150 would have me at exactly 20% body fat, but I'm not super young anymore so this may be less reasonable.0
-
I was right, my goal was wayyyy too low. I'm pear shaped and want to get a lean look. Have battled eating disorders in the past, so was just curious what everyone else's goals were, since my view can be slightly screwed. Thanks for the replies!
I Personally think it depends on age and bone structure, and what kind of look you're going for (that's why I don't compare myself to others) I'm 18 5'9 165lbs, and I look chubby at this weight where as women with bigger structure look super lean at this weight so my goal is around the high 130s low to mid 140s.0 -
Aiming for 150-1550
-
My goal is 125-130. It's what I weighed before Depo-provera, Paxil, and hypothyroidism. I had never dieted and was in my mid20's, so I figure that's the best natural weight for myself.0
-
120, hit goal today. I eat about 1650 + any exercise or regular activity that I do. I usually am in the 2000 range these days...today over 3000 :P0
-
120-125! Right now I'm hovering around 135-137, started out at nearly 170.0
-
160-165. I'm just not meant to be stick thin skinny. Once I get there I may change my goals...0
-
I was 145 two years ago and now I'm 160!! Just started my journey yesterday but hope to see 145 soon! :happy:0
-
I'm 5'7 and my goal weight is 135. Healthy range for me is 127-150, so going in the middle0
-
I'm shooting for 125-130ish. :bigsmile:0
-
At age 40 and being realistic, my "goal" that I set for myself is 165-170 plus I am a larger framed person but originally my doctor and nutritionist said 136 which would be ridiculously thin for me at my height.0
-
I'm 5'7, and I've set my final goal as 144, but once I get below 154, I'm going to see how I look and feel and maybe re-evaluate that goal. I started off at 184, and I'm at 170 now.0
-
well right now, 175. but maybe eventually 160. i don't know, i have a weird body.....small extremities but a larger rib cage and such. I hate my rib cage...i feel like it protrudes way too much. same with my hip bones...ugh0
-
My big goal weight is 180. I got there about 5 years ago and I'm such a pear-shape that I wore a 10/12 on the bottom and extra-small on the top. We'll see how I feel when I get to 180. I'm pretty muscle-y, so I just don't know. Really, I just want to feel healthy and strong.0
-
My goal weight is 170. My doctor wants me to be a whopping 155. I don't know about that however I am currently 193 and working towards my goal weight of 170.0
-
I've always weighed 127-130 and im happy there.
edited to add
i have a small frame. right now im doing nrolfw so if i gain some weight but stay small im fine with that!0 -
I'm going for 160-165. I'm 5'4". That'd be about a size 12 for me and that is realistic for me. I'd love to be 135, but I know that getting there and maintaining it, for me, is unrealistic.0
-
I'd secretly like to hit 125 just so I can say I've lost 100 lbs, BUT I think that will probably be thinner than I'd actually like to maintain. I'm shooting for 135 and I think I'll be to maintain there. I'm currently bouncing around the 160's and this is the smallest I've ever been as an adult.0
-
I think 160 would be good. Maybe 155. I weighed about 135 my Senior year in high school (20 years ago) but looking at those pictures, I was skinny in a bad way...0
-
My guess is around 160. I have a medium to large frame and I'm built pretty muscular. More important to me than the number is the body fat percentage. As long as I'm in a healthy body fat percentage then I'm pretty sure I'll be happy. Depending on my body fat percentage, I may choose to either lower or up my goal weight.0
-
My doctor told me that my ideal weight would be 150, but REALISTICLY, he would be happy with 160. I am 5'7" and have always been overweight, but am on my way to being skinny sooner than later!!! :-) Everyone is different, I would ask your doctor and see what they say. :-)0

im 5"6 ideal weight 150 but will base it off how I LOOK AT 1560
