WOW.
This thread made me realize how truly messed up I am.
I'm 5'7", weigh 100 lbs and I want to lose more.0 -
My goal is 135-140. In high school I was 125 and I looked like Skeletor. I would say I have a medium frame. Right now I am stuck in the "Pit of Despair" (aka the 160's) and am closing in on the high 150's. I fluctuate anywhere from 168-163 depending on my fluid retention. After today though, I'm probably back up in the 170's. Yikes.
I just want to weigh under 140 fully dressed and after dinner. 135 naked first thing in the morning. :-)
^^ This ^^
Lol at "Pit of Despair". I have been stuck in the 160's forever!! I can't seem to get below 167.5 and fluctuate between that and about 171/172. My goal is 140 since it's right in the middle of the healthy BMI range, and it is what I weighed when I got married. But I may change my mind if I ever get any closer. I would like to be a fit 140, rather than the flabby 140 I was before. But at the rate I am going I may just have to get used to 167.5! :laugh:0 -
Right now my goal is 120 but I am doing weight lifting so I want to be between 115-125 with muscle tone0

I'm 5'7" and right now I am 136.. I am aiming for 130. I just want to lose the rest of my baby belly and like 2-3 % more body fat. I am currently at 21.3%0

140 . This is based on calorie king purse sized book. on this chart for 5'7 it ranges from 121-159. and BMI 19-25 for the weights I just listed. I wanted to be in the middle so 140 would be a BMI of 22.0

I am 5' 8", & I am down to a size 6 & 137 lbs. I would like to get down to 130 but that's probably too low. If I can maintain this weight I would be happy. It's addicting though.0

My 11 year old son (who is 5'1") weighs about 100, and he is thin. I am pretty sure 100 lbs would only be a healthy weight for someone about 5' tall or less. Please be careful, and take care of yourself. :flowerforyou:0 -
im 5'7 and 154.7lbs...my goal is actually 143lbs. it puts me midline for ideal healthy weight, right now i sit closer to the higher end.
LADIES! FRIEND ME! ID LIKE TO HAVE SOME 'SAME SIZE' FRIENDS FOR SUPPORT, ENCOURAGEMENT, COMPARRISION EVEN AND COMPETITION!0 -
Any of you ladies feel free to friend me. I started out at 158 at the first of the year and have reached 138.6. My original goal was to be under 140 but I'm still not quite where I want to be. My new goal is 135 with more muscle definition. I have a medium frame.0

Oh and I'm 5'6.75"0

To the majority of people, I was not hot. That dress was bought because it was layered and made me look less skeletal. I was also ridiculously active, ate a huge amount, and had a very high metabolism. People made fun of me because I looked 'sick' and 'ugly'. So many rumors and lies went around. Life went on, I gained weight. Got to college and 120 lbs. If you ask me, I looked a lot better, and felt a lot better there.
Now I'm 28, and 120 again. And I definitely do not think I need to loose more. If anything I'd like to thicken flatten and bulk up more.

YES! I am in the same spot! I actually don't mind the 160's, I think I look pretty good here and I run at a respectable pace at this weight... so no pit of despair, but definitely ready to be done with the 160's and into a normal BMI range! It's been months of 160's, I don't even want to think about how many months...0 -
I'm 5'8 and 150 would be AWESOME. I got to 158 about ohhhhhhh, 10 years ago. Maybe, just maybe...0

At this stage in my life, I'd kill to weigh 170. That is my goal and if and when I make it to there, then I'll see if I'm happy with it or not :-)0

It's been months for me too. Unfortunately I am a pretty jiggly 167.5! So I do mind the 160's. If I can tone up some (a lot) I won't be too worried about the number on the scale though.0 -
I have a large frame so my first goal is 175, but I'll see how I look and feel then and change it to 160 if necessary0
