I'm 5' 7.5", small frame, pear-shaped, and my goal weight is 135.0

I've been maintaining between 120 & 125 for about a year with 122 as the "magic" number.0

I'm 5'6 and right now, my goal is around 150 or so. I do know that I have to stay on the heavier side because I have a very high amount of muscle in my lower half genetically. Somehow, I got that and everyone in my family has a very small lower body. Whenever I have abs and a great back (no more rolls!), that's when I'll stop losing weight and just maintain.0

Started in January at 186. Met goal weigh of 150 a couple of weeks ago. Am still going, but the weight is not the goal, as much as lowering my body fat to between 22- 24%. Wherever that leaves me on the scale is where it leaves me. Good luck to everyone. It's not a race, its a marathon.0

120s? I dunno. I want definition, strength, and a flat stomach (would LOVE to have some ab definition as well). I don't care what weight I have to be to make these things happen.0

I'm 130 right now, goal weight is 118-122-ish because that's when I looked & felt my best (& I wasn't emaciated or anything----130 is just a bit too much on my frame) If I can do 120-125 with added muscle, that's fine by me too0

160lb with muscle. I was at my peak then, very muscular tho' so without that I would have wanted to weigh less I guess. In high school I was 145lb and didn't have very much muscle. I wore a size 8 at both those weights... so the muscle definitely made a difference in what the scale said, which speaks volumes that we shouldn't always go by the scale. When I can wear an 8-10 comfortably again I"ll be happy.0

I'm 5'7. My goal weight is 145 which is what I weighed in high school. I have a medium frame so it worked well for me. Any lighter and I start to look unhealthy.0

I am 43 and I work full time and have3 boys. I have gained so much over the years. My goal is 170, but once I get there, I might lower it, but I feel as if I have a LOOOONG way to go!0

I was right, my goal was wayyyy too low. I'm pear shaped and want to get a lean look. Have battled eating disorders in the past, so was just curious what everyone else's goals were, since my view can be slightly screwed. Thanks for the replies!
If you have battled eating disorders before, then don't get into the numbers game again. The exact weight can vary from person to person, with the same height. Get to the weight where you FEEL the best. Numbers can't tell you that.0 -
I am 26 years old and my goal weight is 135 ilbs. That could change once I get closer to that...
i agree with what some others have said though, dont get too caught up in the number. If I feel awesome at 145, that will be my new goal weight!0 -
I'm afraid mine might be too low, what is everyone's goal weight?
I went to a nutritionist and my first goal weight is 180 but I think that she said that she wants me to be at 1450 -
I'm 5'8" and my goal is 165...only because of my body shape. Take into consideration how you hold weight and your bone structure. My weight scale is 145-170 depending on those factors. Im shooting for 165 but will make the final decision when I get to that number.0

I'm 5'8" and my goal is 130 lbs. I have a small frame (6 inch wrist) so this is actually a healthy weight goal for me.
Frame size matters a lot.
For 5'7"
Large frame 143 lbs - 163 lbs
Medium frame 133 lbs - 147 lbs
Small frame 123 lbs - 136 lbs
