I'm happy with my results. I added a lot more intensity (hills) to the bike and met goals :bigsmile:

Finished the month on a really good week. 3 days of rest now for Bike Race on Monday0 -
Ugh, didn't make it to any swimming this week and didn't get back out on the bike. I did run 5 more miles. I'll do better next month.

I overshot my swim goal because I forgot about my race
To quote Meatloaf..."2 out of 3 ain't bad" (I think it is Meatloaf that sang that song anyways!)

Almost doubled my swim goal, got halfway there with the biking, just a little short on the running. Gearing up for June and I will definitely be adding distance to my bike workouts. My bike is back from its tune-up so I am hoping to get in some longer outdoor rides instead of being stuck at the gym on the stationary bike.0
