    Well I did 2 things that fit this.

    1. I entered a contest on the post where i have to do 3,000 push-ups and 3,000 sit ups in 30 days or less.

    2. I signed up for my first 5K run. this will be the first run i have done since my knee surgery 2+ years ago.

    My name is Amy. I am 32 years old. had a rough 2 years with breast cancer treatment that made me gain weight because of steroids and chemo putting me into menopause. Finally no more menopause and all treatment is done. I hope to get my body back.

    I am not sure since i still did not do them. I have friends that swear by them and has had awesome results

    I have Power 90 the before P90X and Im telling you I cant do it for anything... I get bored so quick and then I just turn the DVD off

    I wish you luck on the protein shakes. Personally I didn't have any luck. They do help reduce you calorie intake for the day, but they can reduce them too low. If you calorie intake is too low it can cuase your body to go into starvation mode, break down your muscle for calories, and cause you to be tired and drained all day.

    So I wish you luck and I would recommend that you still get you daily calorie intake required throughout the day.
