      Such a wonderful story! You sound like you were in control of your journey. Therefore, you did it at your own pace, enjoyed the journey along the way, and didn't worry about what others thought. It makes taking care of yourself fun and not stressful. Love it!

      WOW, This is great. Keep up the good work. i started in Feb. of this year and now have lost 31 lbs. i want to get to 12-14 .I wear 22.
