what to do with cottage cheese?

I have heard cottage cheese is really good but i have no idea how to use it! any recipes?

    I used it in a smoothie the other day with some frozen blueberries and milk. I also mixed some with vanilla and sweet and low and ate it as a dip for graham crackers. Or, you can just eat it. It is an aquired taste though lol

    I eat mine straight off the spoon : )

    I also like it with 5g of soaked mixed seeds and 30g of pineapple and sometimes 5g raisins as well.

    It is ok in a smoothie if you can blend in smooth enough.

    I eat it plain, but my sweetie and I also like to make a cheese dip out of it for a special treat. I just warm it slowly and add a bit of 2% or fat free cheddar and a little homemade salsa. It's creamy and feels like cheating without as many calories as regular cheese dip.

    i like to eat it with grapes or dried cranberries and sunflowr seeds yum =)
  • i mix it with tuna, celery, a little salt and pepper and a few drops of tabasco, then use it as a jacket potato filling, or for fewer carbs boil a smaller potato, cut it up and mix it in too as a potato salad. Low cal and a very filling lunch!

    I use it as a dip with veggies, or a spread with pretzel crackers (110 cal for 11 of them) as a snack. I happen to like it plain too.

    I mix True Lemon and some Splenda into it. I eat it like this or I might add some slivered almonds and blueberries.

    I just eat it plain or sometimes with cucumbers. My dad also got me hooked on chive and onion cottage cheese!! YUM!

    I dip veggies in it, use it as a salad dressing/topping, jacket potato filling.. Sometimes I eat it straight out of the tub!

    Add some Fiber One and Flax Seed to it and allow it to sit for about 10 minutes. You'll have something similar to pudding.

    Add a portion of peanut butter and low fat jam to it. (Yummy energy fix)

    Top a baked sweet potato with it.

    Spread it on a slice of whole wheat toast and top with strawberries.

    Or, just eat it plain.

    I love to make banana nut protein pancakes with it!!!!

    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 banana
    3 egg whites
    2 tbsp walnuts
    1 tsp cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    1tsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp baking powder

    Blend everything but the nuts in your blender until very smooth. Pour onto your skillet and sprinkle the nuts on top. YUMMMM!!!!

    I'm the only person in the house that eats it, but I eat a LOT of it. Out of the carton with a spoon works best :P

    I like it one of three ways:

    Plain with black pepper
    Mixed with pineapple
    Mixed with a packet of Truvia, cinnamon to taste, and a diced apple
