I looked at mine the other while watching movies in bed during our first snow. It was 64, but I'd also had a few cups of coffee. I'm thinking I should try checking when I first wake. Get a few mornings logged and then take the average. Is that the best way?

Low 50's, usually 52-54. And I am 260lb. It was 85-90 before I really started lifting.

52 (I'm 52 years old). It was just over 60 in the summer before I started training more.

Waking: between 38 and 44, depending on where I am in my training, how hard I worked out the day before and how much sleep I got

Today, sitting at my desk: 46.

I swear, I have an unusually high heart rate. I've been working out for the last 2 years. I do BB programs. Most currently, i've been doing turbofire and weight lifting for the past 3 months, 6 days a week. My Resting HR is 73.

During my entire 60 minute work out (turbofire) my HR was 180+ hitting 204 during a HIIT.

    Crazy.

Lately around 55. It's always been high (like 85). But the last year or so it's dropped considerably.

So any ideas what it is supposed to be? I thought it was more typical to be in the 60's or low 70's, not in the 50's.

I'm like you - my resting is around 65 and when I'm doing cardio (usually running) I feel good at about 183-185.
