    Ok, so first workout of the day done!! P90X shoulder and arms and Ab ripper X. Breakfast was 4 glasses of water and a banana and peanut butter, so my sweet is in for the day :( I will miss you my sweet fruits for the rest of the day. But we can do anything for 1 day, right???

    I am not big on breakfast so I ate at about 10:30am...What I ate was a cucumber and three small tomatoes with salt..Lunch is almost here!!!

    Breakfast is two eggs over easy and tropicana orange juice (with calcium).

    Total cals: 250

    Mid morning snack is a oats and apple fiber one bar. 130 cals

    I highly recommend fiber one products. Very yummy.

    You're half way to a greek salad. Just add some feta and a little olive oil and bam! a greek salad. SO good.

    I may try it using whole grain pita... you know they should really have a *drool* smiley face on the side :laugh:

    if you are up to try something new, try pesto for sauce. its so good!
