    Good Morning!
    Bkft: bowl of special K w/ 1% milk- 155 Cal.

    I think I can manage no sweets today simply because I don't have any in the house..*whew*! I need to go grocery shopping asap, I have very little to eat around here.
    hey that just means theres either no junk around or little junk to be eaten, right? :laugh: :laugh:

    Breakfast is two eggs over easy and tropicana orange juice (with calcium).

    Total cals: 250

    Mid morning snack is a oats and apple fiber one bar. 130 cals

    I highly recommend fiber one products. Very yummy.

    I am not big on breakfast so I ate at about 10:30am...What I ate was a cucumber and three small tomatoes with salt..Lunch is almost here!!!

    I may try it using whole grain pita... you know they should really have a *drool* smiley face on the side :laugh:

    I know we just started today but I weigh in every Thursday and just weighed and I'm down 1.3 from last week!!

    Wanted to share the good news :drinker:

    My sweet for the day is

    Triple venti skinny vanilla carmel latte w/ 3 sweet n lows

    It's a mouthful to order at starbucks but it's been my post weigh-in treat for many many months now :blushing:

    You guys are doing great!!! Can't wait to start shoe shopping....also when it gets closer to halloween I'll start posting the costumes I like and maybe let y'all vote to help me decide! :smile:

    lunch - leftover chicken thigh, diced tomatoe with basil oregano, spaghetti, and a little parmesan

    jentx-I am a starbucks junky - my vice is an iced venti nonfat mocha no whip--they don't offer the chocolate in sugar free here - but I usually have the extra calories especially when I drink it after a run (which is almost every run!) Boy it's a good thing I take rest days from running or I'd have one everyday--I'd be broke!

    I love pesto!! i actually grow a bunch of basil every year especially to make pesto! :bigsmile:

    ok group....im scared, i'm going to buy rollerblades today and I can't rollerblade but my significant other wants to go together and said he'd teach me...i'm gonna break my neck :cry: lol

    Not trying to scare you more, but make sure he just takes you on flat surfaces and you will be fine......my ex bought me rollerblades for Christmas one year and I only wore them once cause I'm super uncoordinated and fell on a huge hill....ended up with staples in my head :noway:

    Just make sure you don't do ANY hills or anything but flat area, and I would recommend a helmet. :flowerforyou:

    It will be ok! I've done it a couple of times, once you get past the initial awkwardness of being on wheels it can be kinda fun. Just aim for the grass when you can't stop. :laugh: :wink:

    Good morning? LOL I realise I'm a little late but I am still home sick so I got up just a few minutes ago. I wasn't a breakfast person either but read somewhere that if you're trying to lose weight you NEED to eat breakfast within the first two hours of waking, a no fat yogourt and high fiber granola bar, and if you do so you can lose up to 10lbs a year with doing nothing else. So I have been doing this for the past year and it has worked. I maintained a 22 lbs loss through winter by following this regimen as well as eating chili for lunch almost every day. So this morning I am at a loss for what to eat. I know you said we could have one sweet but I am sticking with the first plan of attack. NO sweets for one day. I have already omitted the sugar free cinnamon starbucks syrup from my coffee and I will change up my breakie too. I think, seeing as I am home, I'll have a scrambled egg with babybel cheese and a coffee. Total cals 269. (Can't believe a large egg is 101cals)

    You are probably way way way more coordinated than I am :flowerforyou: but love the knee high sock and rollerskate idea, and then you could wear your hair in cute little pigtails :laugh: :laugh: your bf would love it!! :love:

    Haha! More like little junk to be eaten. Cause we do technically have leftover pizza and cheesy bacon breadsticks (yikes!). My bf is horrible! He bought all this and had 1 piece of each! What the heck? He knows I hate wasting food! I had some yesterday but that's it, I'm done.

    And I agree, roller skates would be very cute!

    Breakfast: Apple

    Snack: Clementine

    Lunch: Day break trail mix and a serving of nuts

    Snack: Protein shake

    Dinner: Garden salad with half the serving of italian dressing

    Snack: another serving of nuts

    Maybe after my workouts I'll have another clementine :):)
