This is my second week on MFP and my first week doing the challenge.

Mon: 305 (CLX Burn Circuit I, dog walking)
Tues: 367 (Turbo Jam Learn & Burn, Slim in 6 Slim & Limber, dog walking)
Wed: 574 (CLX Burn Circuit II, TJ Learn & Burn, Si6 Slim & Limber, dog walking)

the stats this site generates fro calories burned are much higher than my garmin watch - normally about 50% higher. Do you think I should go with the lower ones from the watch or stick with what this site tells me?
(cos I'm on for about 8,000 if I go with the higher numbers!)0 -

Okay, so, week 11 for me. Going again for 4200 calories (didn't quite make it last week :S ). Measuring with my HRM

Wednesday: 868 (Again carrying the heavy boxes and moving about a lot)
Thursday: 587 (Back to my TurboFire and a nice walk!)

If you have a HRM, use those. They're more accurate and are what you should be using to calculate the exercise calories you eat back. Just adjust your goal for this challenge accordingly. I also found MFP to calculate too high for most of my workouts after I got my HRM.0 -
