    Mon: 305 (CLX Burn Circuit I, dog walking)

    Tues: 367 (Turbo Jam Learn & Burn, Slim in 6 Slim & Limber, dog walking)

    Wed: 574 (CLX Burn Circuit II, TJ Learn & Burn, Si6 Slim & Limber, dog walking)

    I'll give it a try....This is my first week, so I'll start low

    Week 1 Goal: 2000

    Mon: 524 (33 min treadmill; 14 min circuit training; 5 min calisthenics; 21 min elliptical)
    Tues: 84 (20 Minutes Treadmill)
    Wed: 1085 (65 Minutes treadmill; 14 minutes circuit training; 15 minutes calisthenics; 45 minutes elliptical)
    Thur: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sat: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sun: Rest Day

    I may have underestimated myself...looks like I'm gonna blow right through 2000 cals this week!

    Mon: 225 cals (walking during work; it was my rest day from the gym)
    Tues: 360 cals (jogging, walking, and ab workout)
    Wed: About to head over to the gym :D I will update tomorrow but I plan on burning about 400 calories on the arc trainer and bike
    Thurs: I'm going rock climbing! That should burn a ton of calories

    hi all,
    the stats this site generates fro calories burned are much higher than my garmin watch - normally about 50% higher. Do you think I should go with the lower ones from the watch or stick with what this site tells me?

    (cos I'm on for about 8,000 if I go with the higher numbers!)

    Oh sorry, late in this week! Been mad.

    Okay, so, week 11 for me. Going again for 4200 calories (didn't quite make it last week :S ). Measuring with my HRM :)

    Monday: 1007 (moving a library)
    Tuesday: 1007 (moving a library!)
    Wednesday: 868 (Again carrying the heavy boxes and moving about a lot)
    Thursday: 587 (Back to my TurboFire and a nice walk!)

    Total: 3463
    Left to go: 737

    Might make it this week!

    Edit: Forget I "might" make it. I'm going to SMASH it......!! Beast mode enabled, aha.

    If you have a HRM, use those. They're more accurate and are what you should be using to calculate the exercise calories you eat back. Just adjust your goal for this challenge accordingly. I also found MFP to calculate too high for most of my workouts after I got my HRM.
