    circle slash on the burpees. lunges kill my knees but I have gotten better at the squats. push ups ... grrrrr. I can do 'girl' push ups and incline but just can not get the military push ups ...

    i have a DVD with 'turkish' sit ups... anybody know what this is!? can't do it- that's for teenagers, forget it

    There are none that I really hate right now... Of course, for now I am doing machine strength training rather than traditional lunges and such. My knee and shoulder bother me sometimes so I am cautious about those press exercises and leg extensions.

    just plain push up's. I guess I'm not doing them right cuz my abs hurt more than my arms after and the bf chuckles every time I try one. :ohwell:

    Weights I dont really know why. Maybe im just intimated by them becouse theirs so many different choices and excercises of course that being said I guess I can understand why some ppl like them.

    crunches. hate them. won't do them. they make me nauseous. hoping i can accomplish enough with plants which i don't mind at all.

    Running on a treadmill. Gross. It is boring as hell and I have terrible knee joints, so the treadmill makes them hurt like crazy. I also hate squats, again because of the knees. But I do those anyway.

    ugh i hate speed training intervals for running... love the results.. ABSOLUTELY hate the training sessions

    Lunges. I can do squats all day long but my knee freaks when I do lunges but I do them anyways. :grumble:

    Regular crunches and sit-ups. I enjoy reverse crunches, for some reason. Oh...and also I HATE the elliptical.
