Jump squats and lunges. I made the mistake of telling my trainer that I hate them so she now makes me do them more often.0

Planks. I don't know what it is, but it's just like I have this mental block about them. I am so disproportionately bad at planks, it's ridiculous! I know I have proper form, and I'm doing them right, but for some reason they just wind up making my back hurt and I want to stop after 10 seconds. Hate them! I can't believe I'm even saying this, but I'd actually rather do burpees than planks.0

Running stairs. Running, in general. Pushups.
I hate doing them, love how I feel afterward. The way I see it, the more it sucks, the better it probably is for me.0 -

burpees and jumping lunges scare me. i have a touch of knee trouble and they both look like things i might accidentally seriously injure myself doing.0

Any kind of bicep exercise...I never do them because the soreness affects my ability to write, type, do daily tasks, etc.0

Same--I actually kinda like Burpees! I prefer them to mountain climbers. Hate pullups, treadmill running, and bench dips.0 -

I actually like most exercise, tolerate the rest . . but the one I desist?! Any floor work with gliders . . . little purple discs from HELL! lol0
