Effing running. I HATE running! I want to like it so much but I just don't like it. I do Zumba 6 days a week and Turbo Kick twice a week so I love cardio but I do NOT like to run.0

I hate lunges and anything where I have to jump (except jump rope - I love that)
I haven't tried a burpee but am fairly certain I would hate those as well
I am going to start the 30DS sometime in the next week so I'm sure I'll have more after that0
