    Jumping jacks, because they make me pee.

    Running on a treadmill, because it makes me feel dizzy & unbalanced. I have to run outside.

    Those anterior side lunge raise things in the 30 Day Shred. Those are a b*tch!!!!

    Push-ups, because I struggle doing them.

    BURPEES! :( I just want to throw myself down on the floor and have a tantrum when I have to do them.

    Throwing yourself on the floor is half of it! Just push yourself up after your tantrum! :laugh:

    Planks - They didn't used to be so bad, but now that I can hold them forever, everything beyond 1 minute just makes me hate life, the universe, and everything.

    High rep squats - Enough reps that you get out of breath too as you go. Just straight up torture.

    Ok, so I absolutely hate burpees and press(push)-ups mainly because I find press ups really hard. Plus I just dont like them. So yeah just thought I'd see what everyone else thought...

    Ditto.... I HATE burpees !!! and don't get me started on push-ups! And the funny thing is.... if we only did these and nothing else, because we are using our own body weight, the results are wonderful.... (sigh).....
