Leg Presses. Not sure why, but absolutely hate them.0

Shoulder presses. For some reason it causes a lot of pain between my shoulders for days afterward, so I stopped doing them.0

Push-ups!!!!!!!! I can barely do one..but as I work out more I can get lower and lower. But I still hate PUSH-UPS!0

I really dislike team sports. I'm more of an individualized exercise gal, ie. running, hiking, biking, etc.0

I have a love-hate relationship with burpees! I absolutely hate lunge jumps!0

I'm beyond terrible at pushups. I've been trying for a while now to get better at them, but they're still as terrible as they've been since day one.0

anything plank related ... i love how it feels in my core but i have a bad elbow and sometimes my shoulder acts up so they hurt :[0

Mountain climbers, because they feel so freaking awkward. Only thing that I've always disliked doing, because it just doesn't feel like a natural exercise at all.0

Hmm, I would say squats are my least favorite exercises. They take alot out of me. But I do them anyway.0

any kind of lunge & mountain climbers . the only things i can recall right now.

I have bad shoulder joints from years of swimming, so I dislike most pressing exercises. Especially a basic military press.
I also don't overly care for lunges, since it makes my knees ache from going down so deep.
me too i hate lundges i can do squats but lundges hurt i dont like anything that your feet leave the ground aka jumping i can feel peoples steps thought the house so i dont want to jump besides it makes me feel weired oh and i hate the stair climer0 -
Burpees, jumping lunges, jump squats, mountain climbers.
And YOGA!

My most hated exercise would have to be any type of exercise that requires you to put all your weight onto your hand(s). My wrists are really weak or something so even being on all fours to play with my cats can hurt them. Why would I want to hurt them more with exercises? Blech.0

Spinning classes! I don't like it at all, plus it hurts my butt for days!0

I just strated program so right now the tredmill=running so I'm not a fan: ) I walk warmup for 10 minutes fast on the tredmill and transition to the eliptical for 35 minutes and finish with abs and stretching.
I dont like burpees either or anything with calves or squats.0 -

Pushups! I've been moving up and up in my weights for the last year and I still hate them. They never seem to get easier for me...
