I had brown rice with peas and carrots and then half a grilled chicken breast
protein shake for dessert too! soooo good

I made spaghetti sauce with ground beef, Barilla tomato and basil pasta sauce, mushrooms, broccoli florets, cut up yellow and green squash, onions, garlic, and pureed carrots.
This was then put over a cup of spaghetti squash for under 300 cals. It was soooo good!!!0
