    Though I have used kettlebells before, I went from a 15 lb bell to a 26.4 lb bell... I wanted a 20 lb but they did not have one at the gym so I did less reps.

    Tues: 899 (20 minutes of walking upstairs, 80 minutes of walking at a 3.5 mph brisk pace)

    Week 3! Traveling from Sat onwards so I'm scared about how I'm going to make my goal - looks like I'm using the hotel gym!! Here are my results so far.
