    Week 2 Goal 3,500 + new exercise (Zumba)

    Mon: 744 cal - Zumba (done and lived) Walking, Mumy kicks, Jogging, Boxing jabs, Core, UB, LB Cardio
    Tues: 407 cal - walking, mummy kicks, jogging, boxing jabs, UB, LB Core
    Wed: 334 cal - walking, jogging, boxing, UB reps
    Thur: 331 cal - appointments all day so mostly walking, a bit joggin in place and boxing jabs.

    As I was traveling, I never got to post. Here is the update!! Travel walking all day helped up the calories a LOT!!

    Weekly Goal: 3,500 (would up it but traveling four days this week!!)
    Mon: 279 calories burned (30DS and brisk walk)
    Tues: 741 calories burned (39DS, brisk walk, eliptial, hiking)
    Wed: 270 calories burned (30DS and walking)
