Oh yeah! And I had to pull out my new belt. My pants were getting difficult to keep up. :D
Then I found out when I got to work I missed a loop. :embarassed: and had to re-do it.

Well sadly as soon as I got home I had to help my sister in law go through stuff for a garage sale :grumble: so I spent 2 hours doing that and lugging stuff out to the garbage, so I guess that was kind of a work out. LOL Tonight will be the same. I'm going to have to make an effort to get up earlier and work out then, cause otherwise my family tends to screw up my schedule. I just moved home to live with and take care of my grandma and the rest of my family lives on the same street, so if I don't do it early it won't get done now :grumble: oh well.

The good news is I have gone from 222.5 lbs on the 1st to 215.0 lbs YAY so thats good.

Hopefully I can get my lunges, squats, and pushups in tonight at least.

At least you are up and moving around, you are probably burning more calories than you would think moving stuff around. Way to go on the weight loss from the 1st, thats awesome!!!!

Hi girls, I haven't been around for a couple of days, but I weighed in today. and I lost 1.2 pounds, so yay I used the mens calcualtor and I am down .45%, so basically I am down a little less the half a percentage. That sounds not so great. but at least I am down.

    Calories - right on target.
Water - 7 glasses. Not great, but better than the 2 I would normally drink.
Exercise - fail. While I have gotten the moron out of my life, I'm still crying over the loss. I'll get better. It's just still really new.

Weigh in: 220, for a 3 lb. loss.
Which is 1.34% if I did that right. (Starting at 223 for my last weigh in)

    yesterday
Calories - went over by 200
Water - got it all in
Proud - even though I couldn't get the workout in I took the kids for a 30 min walk, my husband is a firefighter so there are some nights when I am alone and it is a little harder finding the time to get a full workout in.

Loss for today is only 1lb (246-245), that is .41% for me, at least it is in the right direction!!

Great job on all of the weight loss for the week, Trikstar, great job on the 3lbs!!!!

Thanks, ready2bff. It's been rough. I'm an emotional eater, and I'm having to fight hard not to go out or order a whole pizza to be delivered to myself. :ohwell:

Congrats everyone on the progress! :drinker:

    Hello All,

I'm new to MFP and I am 234.5 lbs, married, with 1 child ...so I think I should join you guys to give and receive motivation and support. I re-started my weight loss journey 8/4/09 and currently doing Slim in Six. I LOVE this program, I've done it before and it works wonders! Unfortunately, right now I am the the heaviest I've ever been, so I have a lot of work to do and need a lot of support to do it!!!!!

So, I will report next Friday!

Have a great weekend everyone and CONGRATULATIONS to all who reported losses today! :flowerforyou:

Totally, I never exercised growing up...so I always thought losing weight was impossible, and that it must be extremely hard...I am still in shock that I am doing it!!!

Jenn, you are doing so good. 50 pounds that is huge. My 7 year old weighs 52 pounds, you have just dropped her off your body. I can't wait until I hit 50. I am really proud of you and your dedication to this journey.

Sorry for missing out all weekend, my home computer is still not working, hopefully will find some time to take and get it fixed.

Calories: Food for the weekend was not good, but not horrible
Water: for the weekend was ok, probably about 3/4 what I should.
Proud: Even though food wasn't good, I did really good about the choices I made

I think I might have made up for the extra calories because Saturday I cleaned my house for like 5.5 hours, boy am I sore today.

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!!!!

I was good on my calories Friday, Sat, and Sun.
My water stayed around 6-7 glasses. Not good, but not as bad as I could have done.
I got some exercise in Saturday and Sunday. It was only walking, but better than nothing.

My step-mom and sister went shopping with me and I bought some cute new tops. :D They were smaller in size than we all expected, so that was a good feeling.

EDIT: Introduced my sister to the site. She was sad that I was in smaller sizes than her, yet she's about a foot shorter than me.

Hey trikstar, if our biggest loser doesn't post a challenge for us by tomorrow I think you should because you came in second on friday. So If you do not see her post our challenge by tomorrow morning, please feel free to step in. :flowerforyou:
