    Thats cool info and great for me, coz i have those times and think omg ive ruined the entire week.I think on a bad day I can eat about 3000 cals, if it was really bad day i think i could hit 4000 maybe. Eating out is my problem, When you go for a steak with jacket pot and salad and the cals are 980, then you say well i will have that cheescake which is around 450, the later you think I will have some chocolate, 400 or a auntie annes vanilla pretzel, another 400, then if you add chinease food on top of that, well its gonna be bad isnt it lol.
