I pronounce the "h"s in words like "white" and "where". It's hard to type, but apparently people notice it. I live north of Colorado, and my southern family says "Collar-a-dah"... It's "coller-ah-doh". My husband says "BAG-ul, instead of Bay-gul.

I think I speak with a pretty generic American midwestern accent. No weird pronunciations.

One that irritates me is when people say "nuc-u-lar" instead of nuclear. Or pecan. I say it "puh-cawn." "Pee-can" sounds like something you urinate in on a camping trip.

OMG, My MIL says Reend... It took me FOREVER to figure out that reend is the same thing as ruined. Jeez. Apparently I say my hometown's name weird, Adrian. Adrin? I'm not sure how the way I say it is different... Then there's Sant instead of Saint.... My "twang" is a mix of Missouri (Missourah) farmer, and hillbilly. My mom and grandparents were raised in the hills...
