I never fake my stats, but I'm pretty sure there are people that do.0

I may put my alcohol calories as "quick calories" so I don't look like a drunk on weekends, lol, but that's about it and I still count it.0

Well the truth is they can fake us out if they want to, but there not pulling a fast one on thier fat cells....Fat cells ALWAYS tell the truth....! hahaha0

Ahahahaha! :bigsmile:0 -
I thought about that once and the only person they're hurting is themselves. The only person who it matters to and is accountable is that person. It's their loss not mine.0

Why fake?? That's just stupid. Though I do LOL when people do "gut sucking in" pictures.
Wish I could fake all this exercise and eating somewhat right and get someone to photoshop my pictures. That would be the life! Well, na, not really, I like the body I've busted my *kitten* to achieve.0 -
If people are willing to post pics of other people and claim that it is them, then I'm certain people will fake their stats for props. Posers!!!0

Some people will always fake on the internet..... or in bed.
Accept it as a fact of life.

The only time this hurts people is when someone fakes results, and then acts like a guru as to the "right" way to lose weight, giving people bad advice. That's why I always recommend people speak to a dietitian before doing anything extreme with their food intake, weight, or exercise regime.0

I don't fake - I'd only be cheating myself....
But I'm sure some might....each to their own!0 -
I simply adore how you all assume that everyone that lies about their stats lies in their own favor.
If I workout for 108 minutes, I only log 100.
If it says I burned 398 calories, I usually type in 350.
If i ate a bagel and it says it was 172 calories, I put in 200.
I purposefully post my stats against myself, to keep myself pushing harder.
And I only log half my workouts cause I dont like the backlash from the lazies telling me Im obsessed.
lol or calling my workouts FAKE.0 -
This is really 12 inches.
Finally! I can claim I'm half a foot, and have the proof to back it!0 -
Faking it you say?
Results don't lie.0 -

sad but true i try not to think about it because they're results aren't tied to me in any way other than a compliment and if you gotta fake good weight loss results to get compliments you got bigger issues0

There was a poster here a few weeks ago that posted a success story where the after photo was the before photo just photoshopped. Even the microwave in the background had the same time. :laugh:0
