No wall today (33m on bike), but my first attempt at the plank was 1:00  I'll be feeling that one tomorrow  However, I think I will keep up the plank challenge. I have back problems and really need to strengthen my core. Keep it up!! :drinker:

I used to plank on my lift days which was every other day. I have been bad with weights this summer since my gym time is shorter due to kids(Back to school August 25th yeah). So I race to the gym and concentrate on cardio since i can focus better on time. Anyway i tried the wall sit and Planking again with this challenge. It's good for me to be pushed. I really need a work out buddy or someone to keep me in check with updates etc. Thanks!

I had a bladder lift. My butt is sore, kinda reminds me when I had my kids.:noway: Thank goodness that's not the case-4 is plenty. I'll just have to walk as much as possible. I'm over 750cals and can't exercise, although the food wasn't that unhealthy. Oh well, I'll have to be careful. Thanks darlin!:drinker:

4 Kids!! Wow!! :noway: I don't have any and my belly doesn't look that good in a bikini!! I'm also going to have to slow down on my biggest calorie burner... cycling, due to MRI results on my hip and lower back this week. I'm finishing out my summer goal of 1500miles, but after that, I'll be posting more planks. Once I slow the cycling, I'm planning a lot more strength training and yoga along with my physical therapy

Glad everything went well!! Get well soon!!! :flowerforyou:

Thanks! I notice some changes in how I look cause I've really focused on strength training the last few weeks. I really need to get a good balance going, but the weights takes me about an hour, then to do cardio...ughhh, who has all that time. I'm going to get into sprinting 2-3 x/weekand maybe 1 more day doing hill climbing on the treadmill, or going for a fast walk with my hubby. What do you guys do? I usually have at least 2 days off for rest cause that's so important. Some days 3 cause I'm lazy. Hope I don't fall too behind this next month!

Did a wall sit saturday for 2:35 my best yet.
Last few days I did a plank a few times at a minute each and a wall sit for 1:35
Tried the side plank and it is so awkward. I managed 50 sec on one side and 30 sec on the other.

Kids back to school soon so I can get almost 2hours gym time if I want but tons of other things to do too! Not enough day for all that is needed to do.
