    OK.. Checking in:

    Starting weight is 151 pounds on 29 May.
    Goal is 136 pounds by 28 August (is that the right end date?!)

    So I'm aiming for a loss of 15 pounds.

    Is it just me or is this starting to get difficult to follow?! Have been set the challenges yet? Bring it on! :smile:

    I agree that we need a group page since there is so many people joining. I like following the treads and finding this one overwhelming.

    Finished my workout today. Did 30 min on the treadmill walk/jog intervals, burned 296 cals, and did 2.15 miles or 3.5 km. Followed that by 50 crunches,

    I definetly want to join. I joined MFP awhile ago and kinda went away for awhile but i am back now full force. I am doing it on my own and can really use the encourgement. I have a total of 100Lbs ato loose and I would love to loose 25lbs by the end of the challenge. I can't wait to start the journey
