This sounds awesome! I had not heard of doing challenges on here. My daughter is getting married August 18th and I really want to lose some weight and tone up before then. I was just starting to see some changes when I sprained my ankle 5 weeks ago and ended up having to wear a cast and sit with my foot up because of the swelling. I am just getting to the point I can walk on a flat surface without the cast and without pain. (Everyone says I would have been better off if I had broken it.) So, now that I have gained some weight back, I want to remove it again and get back on track. I am very limited with any excercise I can do, but I am going to at least try to do something.

I'm in for 7 pounds (back to maintenance) and a side challenge to log my calories everyday. I notice I do a lot better when logging daily. I usually weigh either Wed or Thursday so will post then. Thanks for starting this challenge!!0

I'm in for sure! I have more than I care to admit to lose, but I'll start with the first 20 in this challenge. That puts me at about 1.5 lbs per week which is completely reasosnable. My biggest challenge will be drinking during the summer. I know that makes me sound terrible, but we own a house on a lake and we have friends over every weekend. And with that comes with a barbeque and a cooler of beer. UGH. To offset that Il will have to kick up the exercise to make up for weekend indulgences.

Because I have mulitple real life friends on MFP with me I respsectfully decline to post my actual weight. However, I did weigh in this morning, logged my new weight and I'm headed to the treadmill. I also have a hockey game tonight so that I look forward to.
I will check in later to see how everybody is doing. Lots of water and preplanned meals is my way to success. It's when I am unprepared that I falter.
