    Had rough week Was in bed for 3 days with back out.No exercise,very little water,and not eating like I am used to.
    Next week will be better.At least I can now get out of bed

    Another week of mostly bed and easy walking.Sure hope to get back to walking soon.Best I can do with health issues.

    Weigh in today 136 pounds. Did not lose anything which is discouraging.
    Did 50 push ups
    Spent time with my loved once this long Canadian weekend!
    Sugar is my area that I am always over. I have made changes to improve that. Where I go over is I have a banana daily and in the milk that I put in my coffee. I don't add sugar to my coffee, but with the banana and milk I am always over. I have tried other milks and fat free creams but don't like any of it. So try to watch my added sugar and treats. Not perfect, but getting better.

    Area I neglect is my abd, will try to work on that
    I have found this summer challenge to get me on track and to be accountable. It is hard as my weight loss is getting harder now. I have been exercising at least 5+ times a week, which is more than ever, and the scale doesn't move. I have also been trying to be a bit under my daily calories. Slowly, but surely. Would like to get to my goal weight by Aug 28th, but would be happy to be anywhere uner 130 lbs--even 129!

    WATER - Got this!
    BODY - I neglect by muscles! LOVE Cardio but don't do enough strength training. I'm doing a Body Sculpting Class today after my cardio to start this week's challenge off right.
    CHECK-IN -
    Thank GOD for this Challenge! It is keeping me going.
    I stray a little here & then but checking in every Tuesday keeps me focused on the goal.
    I have lost about a total of 5.5" when you add my chest, waist, hips & thigh measurement losses up.
    My body fat% has gone down.
    I have logged into MFP 30 days in a row (my newest record!)

    The water part is easy for me...That's pretty much all I drink all day. I guess the body part I've been neglecting is my abs. I started the c25k, and I have been doing a lot of swimming, so that covers almost all of my body.

    Tuesday June 26th Weigh In: 148.9 pounds: Lost 0.7 pounds

    WEIGH IN TUESDAY JULY 3RD: 146.0 POUNDS: LOST 2.9 POUNDS!
    Sooooo happy and proud of myself for getting back on track last week.

    Did 50 wall push ups as I still have a knee injury so couldn't do the ones I regularly do on my knees.
    Only logged my food for part of the week and I know I wasn't under my sugar every day but think I was for a day or two! ;)
    Spent time a lot of time with my parents.

    Happy Tuesday everyone! =) Here are my results:

    SW: 120 (5/29/12)
    GW: 110 (8/28/12)

    Weigh ins:

    6/5/12: 118.5 lbs
    6/12/12: 118.5 lbs
    6/19/12: 117.5 lbs
    6/26/12: 116.5 lbs
    7/3/12: 118 lbs

    I went back up this week. =( I kinda figured it would since I hung with my family and cousins over the weekend. Went to a baseball game and had beers/junk food. Planning to eat well this week for next week's weigh in!

    NEW CHALLENGES:

    -I started counting how much water I drink in June. I try to get 8 cups but I usually get around 6. Gonna try this week to get in 8 cups!!!
    -I work on all parts of my body! Doing the Insanity workout makes you work on all the major body parts!
    -Just started today! Will update later on this week!

    Well i never got a walk or anything in yest - had some storms going thru. Do plan to do 30min on the treadmill at some point today along with some crunches and pushups. Did go over my cals yesturday but was still under 1500, which I am okay with.

    Water is no issue for me, I drink at least 96 oz a day. I am going to try to focus on my arms and abs this week. And my goal is to get on the treadmill 3 times this week, so today and Friday for sure.

    - Lost 5lbs not 6(like I had hoped for)

    6/5/2012204lbs (-1) 5lbs to go for June
    6/12/2012 204lbs (-1lb)
    6/19/2012: 203.5lbs (-1.5lbs) 4.5lbs to go
    6/26/2012: 201lbs (-2.5lbs) 2lbs to go for June (Can it be done?)

    GW:199lbs Actual weight: 200lbs (1lb shy) :grumble:

    July Goal: 194 / Summer goal 189 by 8/30

    Will be drinking 8 -10 glasses of water a day
    Will be working on my back, have been neglecting that area, which is surprising because that is where the back fat is. and The back fat must die!!!!lol
    So far during this challenge I have lost 5lbs and have 11 more to go to reach my goal of 189 by August 30th. I have also become more aware of the fact that my diet contains way too many sugars and sodium. So I have to get that in check so I can reach my goal successfully. Thanx so much for this challenge. It is really putting things in perspective for me. I would really love to be one of the biggest losers for the week at some point.lol

    Ugh, I've binged the past few days, and I just really feel like I'm losing it. I also started 30DS, and I'm on day 5. At least it'll keep me moving.
