    June 2 - exercise DVD 45 minutes
    June 3 - 4 hours wallpaper stripping (by hand, without a steamer) & moving boxes
    June 4 - C25K (week 5) 31 minutes & just about to start many more hours wallpaper stripping
    June 5 - 40 mins walking

    I'm in too :) like others here, I get bored doing the same thing all the time... Maybe we can share ideas :) but I've also joined a c25k challenge so that would most likely take up most of my days lol

    I'm in too. And I love the idea of sharing what we're all doing to give others ideas as well!

    First post ever: I am going to try to do this even though I'm a little late to the party! starting tomorrow (well today now its 1:11am) I imagine that the exercises I do will be quite short and sweet to begin with as I am extremely unfit and pathetically achey and body woe-ey. However I'm going to give it a go!

    June 5....walk 15 min weights 15. Plus did a massage(had a client)

    June 2 - 45 minutes stationary bike and 15 minutes leisure swimming
    June 3 - 60 minutes treadmil
    June 4 - 70 minutes on the treadmil
    June 5 - 40 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes leisure swimming---thought I was going to die on the elliptical. It's been a long time since I've done any type of exercise with more intensity than walking. I made it through, though and was so proud of myself!!

    I'm in. So far I've done Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred every day this month. So today was day 5. I'm planning on doing it every day through June.

    June 2 - 50 minutes pool, 20 minutes bowling - My arm is sore. I need to stretch.
    June 3 - 30 minutes tennis with Mr. Clover.
    June 4 - 45 minute run, 20 minutes bowling
    June 5 - 30 minutes swimming laps, walk the dog

    June 1---3 hours of walking dogs, 2 hour line dance class and an hour working in the yard bigsmile bigsmile bigsmile
    June 2--50 minutes walking dogs----all day line dance workshop (8AM-10PM)
    June 3--60 minute morning walk--60 minute walk with dogs---two hours working in the yard 4-
    June 4---3 hours walking dogs
    June 5--3 hours walking dogs---an hour in the garden----an hour of weight training

    every day---3 planks, 100 lunges :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

    June 5th - running up and down the stairs in my house for 30 minutes! Burned 330 calories :wink:
