    June 2 - 15 min. back exercises, push-ups & 30 min. dancing
    June 3 - DVD - Leslie Sansone Walkaerobics 4 miles - Fat Burning Walk (45 minutes (mostly low impact with a little high mixed in) + 15 minute segment of exercises for hips, thighs and stomach)
    June 4 - 15 min. back exercises & push-ups. Added 10 more extra sit-ups/crunches to the back exercises, so did 50 today.
    June 5 - 1 hour aerobics class
    June 6 - 13 min, back exercises & push-ups.
    June 7 - 1 hr. aerobics class
    June 8 - Oopsie
    June 9 - 30 min. dancing, 2 15 min. walks
    June 10 - 50 min. Zumba , 17 min. back exercises & push-ups
    June 11 - 30 min. dancing
    June 12 - 1 hr. aerobics class
    June 13 - 15 min. back exercises & push-ups
    June 14 - 45 min. aerobics class

    June 3 30 DS level 2 day 2, cycling approx 1 hour -cycling lesson for 2 hrs so reckon about an hour was on bike
    June 4 C25K week 2 day 2, walking 1.3 miiles, 30DS level 2 day 3
    June 5 C25K week 2 day 3, walking 4.56 miles, 30DS level 2 day 4
    June 6 30DS level 2 day 4 - back at work so not as much time
    June 7 30DS level 2 day 5, walking 1.71 miles @3.5 mph
    June 8 walking 3.53 mph 2.33 miles 39 mins
    June 9 walking 4.69 @ 3.72 mph 82 mins C25K Week 3 day 1
    June 10 30DS level 2 day 6 and lots of housework so sort of a rest day
    June 11 30DS level 2 day 7
    June 12 C25K week 3 day 2 plus 5 x weight stations at gym - 3 x 12 reps on all machines might try to do some sit ups in a bit too :-) - got 100 sit ups in as well - a good day :-)
    June 13 - not a great day = 11 hour day at work so ran out of hours 120 sit ups was the best I could manage today but at least I did something :-)
    June 14 C25K week 3 day 3, 7 x weight stations at gym - 3 x 12 reps on all machines
    June 15 30DS level 2 day 8, 100 sit ups - half way through the month -Grats to everyone on this board :-)
    June 16 30DS level 2 day 10 (doubled day four earlier on so I have finished level 2 but don't think I am ready to move on to level three just yet), walking 23 mins @ 3mph and 45 mins gardening
    June 17 C25K week 4 day 1 - thought this would kill me but it didn't!!!! Gardening 35 mins (digging & carrying which is why it counts!)
    June 18 - 6 pack in 6 weeks level one day 1 - felt like a change :-) Jillian Michaels tried to kill me (again!)
    June 19 - C25K week 4 day 2, 30DS level 2 day 11 (not ready to move on just yet), weight stations at the gym - didn't do many because my arms ache :-(
    June 20 30DS level 2 day 12 (just watched level 3 - wow!!!)
  • That's potentially dangerous. Take a rest day if you need it - you might end up hurting yourself.

    I am retired so I can plan my day as I wish so while other people are cleaning their houses or visiting their grandchildren or going shopping or to lunch, I am walking with my dogs or with my friends or dancing or working in my yard.

    June 1---3 hours of walking dogs, 2 hour line dance class and an hour working in the yard
    June 2--50 minutes walking dogs----all day line dance workshop (8AM-10PM)
    June 3--60 minute morning walk--60 minute walk with dogs---two hours working in the yard
    June 4---3 hours walking dogs
    June 5--3 hours walking dogs---an hour in the garden----an hour of weight training
    June 6---walking dogs---line dance class----two long walks----working in the garden
    June 7--walking dogs---line dance class---weight training----working in the garden
    June 8--walking dogs--line dance class---working in the yard including carrying a lot of rocks
    June 9--walking dogs--working in the yard----weight training
    June 10---walking dogs---working in the yard including carrying a lot of rocks
    June 11---walking dogs---working in the yard including carrying a lot of rocks---walking with hubby

    6/3 - walk @ 3.0 mph, 1 mile
    6/4 - 9 miles on bike, half mile on TM
    6/5 - 9.4 miles on bike and 0.6 miles on TM
    6/6 - 60 minutes on bike, 30 minutes on TM
    6/7 - 20 minutes walk on TM @ 2.5 mph
    6/8 - 9 miles on bike, and 0.5 miles on TM
    6/9 - strength training & biking 10 miles
    6/10 - strength training & 6 miles on bike
    6/11 - 40 mins bike for 8.5 miles
    6/12 - 40 mins bike for 8.5 miles
    6/13 - 20 mins walk, morning yoga
    6/14 - 40 mins bike for 10 miles
    6/15 - 40 mins bike, and strength training

    June 2 - 50 minutes pool, 20 minutes bowling - My arm is sore. I need to stretch.
    June 3 - 30 minutes tennis with Mr. Clover.
    June 4 - 45 minute run, 20 minutes bowling
    June 5 - 30 minutes swimming laps, walk the dog
    June 6 - 20 minutes step workout
    June 7 - 40 minute run at the track, 10 minutes going up and down hotel steps
    June 8 - Swim 25 minutes
    June 9 - 50 minute run
    June 10 - 30 minute run, 10 minutes swimming (then to the hot tub)
    June 11 - 40 minute bike ride, 20 standing calf raises
    June 12 - 50 minute run, 16 minutes dancing, 30 minutes gardening -- Trying to make up for my big lunch!
    June 13, - 45 minute run including speed work with a group, 40 minutes walk the dog
    June 14 - 40 minute run, tennis with Mr Clover
    June 15 - 45 minutes swimming laps
    June 16 50 minute run, 25 minutes bowling
    June 17 - 20 minutes jumping on the big trampoline, and walk the dog 45 minutes.
    June 18 - 35 minutes running, 10 minutes up and down steps at the park right after the running.
    June 19 - 20 minutes wash car, 30 minutes clear and clean patio - still had leaves & junk around it.
    June 20 - 30 minutes step aerobics, 45 minutes walking the dog and my husband

    Everyday 100 squats
    I like the idea of continuing on thru July - this has realy helped me stay on plan this month!

    June 12 - walking video 3 miles
    June 13- walk 3 miles and 2 additional miles with baby in stroller
    June 14- walk 3 miles
    June 15 walked 5.5 miles @ 3.5 with baby stroller also did leg lifts with bands
    June 16 walked 2 miles and interval jogged for 10 minutes
    June 17 walked 15 min. and played games with parachute
    June 18 Zumba DVD 50 min.
    June 19 walked 3 miles and jogged 2 miles
    June 20 Zumba 50 mins

    I have to walk back and forth between my truck and buisnesses on my jobs .S every time I made a trip I ran instead!

    Turning daily things I need to do into exercise is what I try to do to. Counting steps really helps me with that.
