    What a wonderful idea!
It is so easy to have the busiest day of your life and feel like a failure because you didn't get a workout in. Before hopping into bed, we can all drop to the floor and do some crunches or something, just to fit in maybe 5 minutes of exercise. Something is ALWAYS better than nothing!

    Hello from Chicago!
On April 1st I said I'll add exercise to my "Be Healthy & Fit 2012 Journey." It took about 2 months before I found something I'm sticking with.

It was May 29 when I started my daily exercise using Just Dance 3's 7-Day Challenge in the WII game console. I just might be at the start of a new healthy habit. Yay! (I'm using Dancing Aerobics to calculate approximate calories burned.)

    6/1 Fri - 10 min - 58 Calories Burned - 213 Sweat Points
    6/2 Sat - 8 min - 47 cals - 233 SP
    6/3 Sun - 57 min - 331 cals - 2,897 SP
    6/4 Mon - 22 min - 128 cals - 1,132 SP
    6/5 Tue - 13 min - 75 cals - 491 SP
    6/6 Wed - 12 min - 70 cals - 232 SP
    6/7 Thu - 38 min - 220 cals - 1,755 SP
    6/8 Fri - 26 min - 151 cals - 1,282 SP
    6/9 Sat - 29 min - 168 cals - 1,616 SP
