June 1 - 45 minute run
June 2 - 50 minutes pool, 20 minutes bowling - My arm is sore. I need to stretch.
June 3 - 30 minutes tennis with Mr. Clover.
June 4 - 45 minute run, 20 minutes bowling
June 5 - 30 minutes swimming laps, walk the dog
June 6 - 20 minutes step workout
June 7 - 40 minute run at the track, 10 minutes going up and down hotel steps
June 8 - Swim 25 minutes
June 9 - 50 minute run
June 10 - 30 minute run, 10 minutes swimming (then to the hot tub)
June 11 - 40 minute bike ride, 20 standing calf raises
June 12 - 50 minute run, 16 minutes dancing, 30 minutes gardening -- Trying to make up for my big lunch!
June 13, - 45 minute run including speed work with a group, 40 minutes walk the dog
June 14 - 40 minute run, tennis with Mr Clover
June 15 - 45 minutes swimming laps
June 16 - 50 minute run, 25 minutes bowling
June 17 - 20 minutes jumping on the big trampoline, and walk the dog 45 minutes.
June 18 - 35 minutes running, 10 minutes up and down steps at the park right after the running.
June 19 - 20 minutes wash car, 30 minutes clear and clean patio - still had leaves & junk around it.
June 20 - 30 minutes step aerobics, 45 minutes walking the dog and my husband
June 21 - 50 minute run
June 22 - 50 minutes skateboarding
June 23 - 90 minute bike ride and 60 push-ups
June 24 - 40 minute run, 20 minute walk. I don't usually bring my dog running. I had delusions of tiring her out, but she stayed right with me except for when she had to doo her business. It was my idea to walk the last 20 minutes.
June 25 - 45 minute walk with dog, 30 minutes hoopnation dvd, calisthenics with the news

Sammy you certainly are a jogger.
Cazwillis, I think you've had great results. 2 lbs lost and an inch gone in 3 1/2 weeks is pretty good. And I'm sure you've added to your muscle mass.0 -
After reading Caz's post, I checked my measurements and progress. Since the first of June, I've lost 3 pounds, 1 1/2 inches in the waist, 1/2" in the hips. & 1/2 " in the thigh.
Anyone else want to share results?0 -
The best I can offer today is that I did some pretty serious house cleaning.
When I do serious cleaning, It usually over and hour and I am quite tired when I am done so I would consider it exercise. Honestly I have not done that in a while and it show Maybe the next rainy day...0 -

June 17 C25K week 4 day 1 - thought this would kill me but it didn't!!!! Gardening 35 mins (digging & carrying which is why it counts!)
June 18 - 6 pack in 6 weeks level one day 1 - felt like a change :-) Jillian Michaels tried to kill me (again!)
June 19 - C25K week 4 day 2, 30DS level 2 day 11 (not ready to move on just yet), weight stations at the gym - didn't do many because my arms ache :-(
June 20 30DS level 2 day 12 (just watched level 3 - wow!!!)
June 21 C25K week 4 day 3 - woo hoo half way there. 120 sit ups and some weight stations in the gym - counting down to the end of June now
June 22 got home and didn't know what to do so I did Wii zumba for 40 mins - gave my son a good laugh if nothing else!!!
