    Did a little better on the swimming this month but I really need to stop missing swim workouts.

    Well I made it. I did not keep a totally accurate list but know that these have been underestimated.

    Swimming: 9 miles
    Walking (jogging): 86 miles
    Bike: 135 miles

    I am very surprised and happy with these totals. Now if I can get my eating back under control, I will get back to losing pounds. Thanks for putting this challenge together.

    swim ... went to all my class plus one day
    bike 171.5 miles
    run 25.5 ... just a little short
