    It would be pretty cool to have a Halloween birthday, everyone giving you free treats! Mine's pretty lucky though at 7/11.
    Ended up having two workouts today with physical therapy in the afternoon. She had me working up a sweat! Worked up an appetite for dinner too. Good thing I had extra calories to eat. :)
    Weighed in yesterday down 1/2 pound. not bad.

    is it too late for me to join too. I wan to lost at least 12 pounds by halloween. that is a pound per week. I know I can do it. Just need to stay the course.

    this was such a great group to start! it was such good motivation.

    Check-in, still stuck dammit. Wii-fit this morning 211.5 lbs. :angry:

    I have a motorcycle class this weekend - I will teach outdoors for 14 hours and walk about 10 or 12 miles in 90^ heat over the 2 days. Lotsa water, but I'm gonna keep the chow light and see what happens. I gotta get to 209.

    I would love to join you guys, too! I am new to MFP, but I really like this site and have been using it for a week now. I would love to lose 8 pounds by Halloween. Like others on this thread, I have had the same 5 pounds find me over and over again. This time I plan to ditch them for good!

    Plan is to workout 5-6 days per week; 3 days of high intensity cardio and 3 days of serious lifting
    Stick to 1400-1500 calories per day with Saturday as my "rest" day
    Hoping to order Chalean Extreme sometime in September.

    Me too! I don't usually have time to workout on the weekends so I have less calories to start with and I usually want to eat more on the weekends!! Can't wait til tomorrow and can workout and have more calories to eat.:happy:

    Count me in as well! Sadly I've been off the MFP circuit for quite sometime now and now is as good a time as any to start back up! Plus I think its finally a time for me to look sexy rather than scary for Halloween!

    9 to go. I was at 209 yesterday afternoon. Not sure it's all real, I was pretty dehydrated. But I'll take it.

    I will probably cry the day I look down and see 199 :cry: ... We'll see.

    Weighed myself this morning and I was 150.5. down about 5 lbs in 3 weeks. I am struggling to get below 150! I was doing well when running but injured my leg and am not allowed to do running or eliptical for another week at least! I started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred last night. Hope that helps.
