#1 - I am the youngest in my family

#2 - I haven't spoken to my sister in years...possibly 7.

#3 - Until 11, I grew up in Harlingen, Texas, 23 miles from the Mexican border, then moved to Grand Forks, North Dakota, which is 70+ miles to the Canadian Border.

#4 - The tallest one in my family...me. I'm 6'1" and nobody else is over 5'9"

#5 - Will never buy another iPhone again for myself, although I absolutely love the iMac and iPad. Just not sold on the iPhone any longer.

1. I have been to a perfect game - in Chicago - pitched by Mark Buehrle. I was there on vacation.

2. I got to carry the Olympic torch during the 2010 Vancouver Games relay. I still have the torch.

3. I have a massive Canadian Flag that flew from the Peace Tower in Ottawa (for my US friends, that would be the equivalent of the Capitol Building in Washington). You can put your name on a waiting list - they give away a flag a day, but the list is now 30 years long. I waited about 7 years. The flag is 2.25 m x 4.5m (about 7 feet by 15 feet)

4. I met my wife on March 23 and married her on August 9th, 1991. We are celebrating #21 in a couple of months.

5. I can calculate what day of the week you were born on, in my head, in ten seconds or less. I'm never wrong.

1. My husband is a self employed contractor and when the kids are in school i help with thr business. I have done roofing, remodeling, siding, demolition....you name it...i have dont it....and might i add i look good doing it now!

(This is harder than it sounds.)

1. As a Gemini, I have a hard time focusing and keeping my mind one track -- unless it comes to my mother. I've been her brain, her hands and her legs for over 25 years. I've grown very adept at being able to focus on one thing at a time with her or about her. And I especially won't take no *kitten* in regards to her.

2. I am the 7th child of 8, and of the eight, only 1 brother and I do not (and will not) have children. Between our siblings, there are 11 nephews, 3 nieces, 2 grand-nephews and 1 grand-niece.

3. If you put your hand on my left shoulder, you can feel the bones cracking together as my shoulder moves. On occasion, you may even feel it slip out of joint. Doesn't hurt!

4. I have an absolute fear of water. A baby-sitter tried to drown me when I was 2. I even flip out, sometimes, when my face happens to turn the wrong way under the shower head. It's pretty pathetic.

5. A let the true freak flag fly here: I would much rather spend my days in a cemetery talking to dead people than sit here behind this desk. Then I would take their headstone photos, research their names, and let them tell me their story. Some people find it morbid. Me, uhm, no. It's the first place you should check when I disappear off the radar.

I didn't develop food allergies until I was 17--that is when I developed severe allergies to fish and seafood. I was 18 when I discovered I was allergic to kiwi.

I absolutely HATE needles, but I have my belly button pierced.
