Make use of your remaining time to squat before the belly gets in the way ^^
LOL! Doc took me off compound lifts until the pregnancy is over. *sadface*
I can do machine squats though.0 -

Congratulations! Glad you are still going to keep logging during your pregnancy. Too many woman think they have to quit MFP because they get pregnant but I think it's a great way to make sure you are getting all you need in your diet to stay healthy. You could change your settings to show all the vitamins so you know you are getting your daily requirement. :flowerforyou: Again wonderful news!0

Babies yayyy. May all the happiness in the world surround you!0

CONGRATS!!! I am in the same boat as you are....I was rocking the losing weight/getting healthy train. Then the positive pregnancy test....which I was thrilled about. At first (due to morning sickness) I just ate whatever I wanted because it was VERY limited. But now that I am in my 2nd trimester, I am starting to get back to eating healthy. Still have cookies or ice cream when I want it but I try to limit it.
Good Luck!!!
BTW I am a first time mom myself!!0 -

Congratulations!!
Because proper nutrition and staying active have already been said, my best advice:
~ plenty of sleep while you can...once you have kids you can assume that restful sleep is gone for the next 18+ years
~ keep in mind your proximity to the nearest restroom for the first and last trimester - you'll need it - all.the.time
~ comfortable shoes
Enjoy every minute of it <except when it sucks>

OMG! I am dealing with the peeing issue now (sorry if TMI). I can't be more than 50 feet from a toilet.0 -
Congratulations!!!
I was extremely tired too... like for the first 20 weeks! I slept 9 hours at night, and took a 2 hour nap if at all possible. LOL
Try to eat healthy. My second pregnancy I ended up healthier afterwards (and thinner) than when I started out (I was heavy when I got pregnant).
Mostly enjoy! It is an amazing experience - to have life inside of you.0 -

LOL I know! I just thought I was PMS'ing until I found out yesterday about the baby. Now it's like, "oohhh, so that's why I am doing XXXXXXXX"0 -
I've been contemplating plans to steal your first child. You don't, by chance, need to turn some straw into gold?
Big congrats! I am jealous. I want a baby (until they start crying and pooping. Then someone else can have 'em).0 -
Congrats!! It's an amazing journey!! I would say, sleep when you want, you might not later lol, and you can still be pregnant and healthy, but don't be too hard on yourself.0
