I have even tried wearing three sports bras
Mine are not G cups, but I did get up to a DDD and I found that actually holding on to my boobs while I ran worked really well. However that really only works when I am in my house on the treadmill though :laugh: I can't do that in public.
Yup...I've tried the multiple sports bras...doesn't work.
And, I agree that it helps to hold them, but I use the gym at my job and am not going to be doing that there!0 -

I hate running. Its boring, I am slow and it rips my knees apart. I do realize that there are a ton of people that enjoy jogging/running...please do not be offended. I just hate it.0

My trainer says I'll ruin my knees if I run too much and that running should only be reserved for if someone is trying to kill you. :P

nope, not true. unless of course you already have knee problems. my knees have gotten better since I started running.0 -

It hurts but I jogged a mile this week! My hubby said just keep going. Also I imagine fat girl jogging is a sorry sight. But at least I'm not sitting on a bench eating donuts right?0

It would piss my doctor off XD But as soon as I get a bike rack for my car, I will be biking ^^0

simple solution though: ride a bike. You'll cover more ground in less time and it's less impactful.0 -
