Low crab diet?

Has anyone had success eating a low number of crabs? How many do you eat in a day? I don't tend to eat very many crabs myself, but I do eat a lot of fish and shrimp. I can maybe increase my crab intake if you think it would help.

I have eaten crabs in the past, and I was overweight. I have not eaten any crabs since starting my diet. Proof!

I tried cooking low-crab for a while, but my husband thought I was being shellfish for changing his diet as well.

low crabs are great, the high crabs tend to be the smaller ones.

If you have mid height crabs it is time to go and see your doctor.

No crabs? How do you keep your mussels?! If you want the body of a prawn star, you'd better change your... halibuts... *cringe*
