Push ups- 14 (Level 2) I did do the knee pushup option though. It said if I could only do 1 or 2 regular ones to pick another form. Yep, I def need to more strength in my arms!

initial test... 100 squats, all consecutive, no break... HOLY CRAP NSV!!!
110 stomach crunches - consecutive, tho I gotta say, didn't hold the full two seconds by around the 95 mark...

You're supposed to be doing a lot more than this, actually. for instance, let's say that you were able to do somewhere between 0 - 5 pushups in your test. Then,
Week 1
Day 1: 2,3,2,2,max (at least 3) - 2 push ups, rest 60 seconds or more as needed, then 3, then rest, then 2, etc.
Day 2: 3,4,2,3,max (at least 4)
Day 3: 4,5,4,4,max (at least 5)
That's supposed to be the progression.
