Today I burnt 615 calories running 3.5 miles and swimming for 20 minutes.0

I burnt 477 cal doing 50 minutes on my elliptical (wore my HRM and my elliptical was only off by 17 cal).

Today I burnt 907 cals doing 20 min yoga in the AM, 80 minutes lifting in the afternoon, and 40 min stairstepper/elliptical and 20 min abs at night. Whew! Long day. I just didn't have time to do it all at once lol0

oh, and today I burned 124 calories in 30 minutes of Power Yoga
189 calories in an hour of leisurely walking
and 95 little calories in 20 minutes of dancing.

The yoga burnt only 65 cals; my HR was about 50% and it was just to wake up.
The lifting burnt about 400...I do powerlifting for the first half hour, then I superset triceps and shoulders for the next 50 minutes, 3 sets of 10 with 60-90 second rests...my HR stays up around 70% the whole time.
I did 15 minutes HIIT (high intensity interval training) on the stairstepper, keeping my HR around 83%.
Then for 25 minutes I kept my HR at 75% on the elliptical for steady state.
Then abs was pretty short but highly calisthenic so it kept my HR 65-70%.
The cardio/abs burnt 500.
And that's how I burn 907 cals...go until I can't anymore! :laugh:0 -
I'm not sure how many calories I burned today....but I did "bootcamp" at my gym thats taught by football coaches...
it was intense- something I wasn't quite expecting (i don't know why the term "bootcamp" didn't give me a clue)
but an hour of cardio and isometric strength training isn't bad for a tuesday evening.0 -

Today I burnt 330 calories riding my spin bike and lifted weights for 15 minute,.
You all motivated me to get off the couch and do just a little bit!!! My pedometer says I took 5665 steps today which also contributes to extra calories! Thanks for the motivation to make me move!!!0 -
Ok, I went to caloriesperhour.com to see if my calories burned for tae bo was correct.. it wasn't according to caloriesperhour.com (entered my height & weight)
I actually burned 666 cals for doing 47 minutes of Tae bo so my total is 779 for yesterday (including 15 minutes of jogging in place which is 113 cals burnt):glasses:

Today I burnt approximately 1200 calories: Bicyling for 30 minutes, Elliptical for 30 minutes, strength training for 60 minutes.
And: today was assessment day and I've lost 6 pounds and 4.75 inches since my last assessment!!!!

Well since I worked out today i feel it's my turn to brag about the calories i burned too....
I did the treadmill for 1 hour and 20 mins and I did the alpine pass program on 3.9 speed and 9.0 incline and I burnt..................(drum roll please!!!!!).......997 calories!!!!!:drinker: :laugh: :happy::noway: :huh:

I went back to the bootcamp class, and I don't know how many calories i burned, but I do know that it hurts to walk...
i take that as a good sign.

I burnt 550 a hour of Tony Little's Gazellr machine..it'd like a ski machine and really make you sweat. It offer 6 different exercise on one machine and you can change positions without getting off the machine. I work out on the machine 2 hours a day. Burning 1100 calories.0

Ran a mile non-stop for the first time since high school 11:45 min.0 -
Y'all are all doing so great! I took a break from working out today and instead walked for thirty minutes for a whopping 200 calories. Maybe one day I will have the strength and stamina to even compete with those numbers!0

I did 60 minutes on my stair stepper at home (i guess around 400-500 calroies?) and 15 minutes of sit ups, puh ups etc. It feels good to finally get back to exerrcising!!! :happy:0

with a one hour walk (to a friend house and back to work out), 60min Get Ripped 1000 dvd and 25 mins of yoga.0 -
I burnt 1000 calories today doing 1 hour on the elliptical (my gym put in Precor and I love it), 20 minutes on the bike and 15 minutes of strength training.0
