I'm pretty good at moderation now, but I am not to be trusted with breakfast cereal. I can easily put away three or four bowls (not servings...bowls) in one sitting. Something about the leftover milk in the bottom of the bowl just taunts me until I add more cereal. :P

I also don't keep Ben&Jerry's around, more because the portion size is depressingly small and I'd rather not have 500+ calories of sugar and fat.

Have you tried the Special K granola bars? They have a couple different ones, one w/peanut butter, and are only 100 calories...helps me w/my chocolate/peanut butter cravings

    Cereal (granola especially)
    Peanut Butter
    Chocolate Bars

I know a massive binge is coming on if I find myself buying any of these. Makes me really sad because I love peanut butter, just can't trust myself around it :(

What are your 'can't be around' foods?

No form of cookie. Ever. I will eat them. All of them. In one sitting. And then lick the box.

    Cookies are EVIL.

    Yep, same for me.

I once saw a little sign that said "Don't Eat Cookies, Your Butt Will Grow :("

    This. ^^

... and chips, ice cream, cookies, candies, chocolates.

I find myself thinking irrational thoughts, such as, "I need to hurry up and eat it all so it won't be around to tempt me." ??? LOL

PMSL!! That is SO me too........if I eat it, then I don't have to worry about eating it any more. Errr......???

Avacados are so good for you, according to Doctor Young in his P.H. balance book, you should eat 3-5 avacados every day.
