    MFP does it for you when you enter that activity.....I have a heart rate monitor for everything else. BUT, I do find that the MFP's calculations are very close to my HRM on most things. And, Thank you! I had a ton of energy last night do decided to go for a run.......it was a bad idea...REALLY HOT!!!

    I went to about three different website and all of them came up about the same! I entered weight, age, and how long and hard (no laughing) I swam for! Swimming burns a TON of calories! Hope this helps!
