First off, I want to say that this challenge has helped me immensely in my fitness. Thanks for the support everyone!
My goal this month was to do the whole 24 hours without counting walking as part of it. (This is month number 4 for me and I've counted walking every month.)
Without walking, I did 905 minutes, which is just over 15 hours, so I didn't make it. But I can try again for August.
The good news is that with walking I did over 42 hours of exercise!0 -

Came up short this month - too many extenuating circumstances - food poisoning, root canal, and car accident.
