I didnt get as much as my list called for. Budget reasons. But It'll due for now and It may not be 100% Insanity style but its close enough. I am about to order my whey protein by Jillian Michaels and it'll take the place of shakeology. And I was going to start drinking green tea but I decided to get a multi-vitaman instead. So thats about it. I tell you my official weigh in, and tell you how day 1 *(2)* went *(no fit test)*. I'll make my diary public so those of you who'd like to see what i am eating, can. Good Luck Tmrw!

Yep, Ive been doing Insanity for about 7 weeks....I measured after 4 weeks, and my calves increased (by about 3/4 an inch) ! (I also lost inches in both my thighs and lower waist). I agree, all the "power jumps" are probably taking their toll lol

ok I feel miserable... weighed myself today and after eating the right amount of calories and working out every day I gained 5 lbs... Im about to give up!

DON'T!! I gained 4 pounds on round 1 and was so disspointed with the scale. But I had lost 2-3 inches and could see myself get leaner. I am currently on the last week of month 2 and lost 6 pounds. My muscles are showing more now and my stomach is so much more flatter. I'm doing another round starting next Monday. Dig deep! Dont worry about the scale. Muscle weighs more than fat!

    Hey ladies,

Can anyone give me a heads up on Cardio Recovery? Whats it like? Comtemplating skipping this and going for a run instead. I have a half marathon in Oct so i want to keep up 2 runs a week but I only wanna exercise 5/6 days a week, i'm not trying to keel over lol! So ideally i need to miss a day or two each week to maintain my two runs.

    Let me know your thoughts

    Thanks

Its really good for stretching. Its not long about 30 minutes. I'm a runner as well and I benefit from this workout for both running and Insanity. Good luck.
