I tried this over the weekend and i am addicted! it is sooo good and much better than drinking the protein. you have to use some good tasting protein though :-) I also added a bit more water to make it softer. Also, it covers my chocolate cravings.0

What you need:
Protein Powder (I prefer chocolate)
Peanut Butter (I choose natural with no added sugar)
optional: Stevia
Water
Directions:
Put 1 scoop of protein powder in a small bowl and add 1-2TABLE spoons of water, mix until it looks like pancake batter.
Once it looks like pancake batter, add 1/2 TABLE spoon of peanutt butter; mix all the way through.
Optional: add stevia
Microwave for 30 seconds
Enjoy
Nutrition: 168 Calories, 11 carbs, 31g of protein
