started Feb. 2012. I eat a healthy Paleo lifestyle. I do cardio 5x a week for 30-45min (sometimes more) & I do strength training 3x a week. It's hard work but it's paying off!

    5months and 62lbs!

360 days on MFP, and 139lb's so far. 140lb and a year sounds much tidier though - better behave myself for the next 5 days

So far it's 11 pounds in 40 days.
Still some months to go, but I'm satisfied so far~! (Although I still need some time getting used to the new size in clothes....)

3 months, 15 pounds; so 5 pounds a month. Need to lose 15 more so at this rate, I should reach it by October. It is a slow process and about a pound a week goes away. The bigger task is weight training which I have not started. That will be a bigger problem.

40lbs since the 5th Jan! Flipping hard work too but lots more to lose!
I did about the same thing. But, I have decided to try and not concentrate on losing weight during the summer. I have way to much going on and not enough time to do a lot of exercise. In the fall when my crazy summer and school is over, I will get back at it. I only have 16 more pounds to go.

I started my diet 11 days ago and have lost 3.6 pounds ... I swim 40 lengths of the neighborhood pool every other day ... not sure what I will do when it is too cool to swim ... I love this website ... it is so easy to watch my food with it ... and I can still eat what I want, just with portion control ... and I have noticed that when I don't get enough carbs, I get tired ... so far I am very, very happy!
