    started last April,2011.started at 240,current weight 160, so 15 months to lose 80 pounds


    That is awesome! I started here at 245, and want to get down to 185.........or possibly 175.

    Started Jan 23 2012 and I have lost 40.5 pounds!!! However, I have 38.5 inches overall so I can't complain!!!!! I did go on 2 vacations in the time span!!! This is about 6 months! which is a monthly average of 6.75 pounds lost!!!!!

  • Ive been changing my horrible habits by becoming active and eating less. Ive lost 23lbs in 6 months. I gain or lose a few ounces regularly but when I stay under my calorie goal I always lose!!

    I have PCOS and hypothyroidism, so it's not coming off as fast as it could, but I'm pretty satisfied with my results. It's already starting to slow down though recently.
