Seeing all this makes me want to give it a go again for the third time lol. I quit it twice b/c it was to repetitive for me but I may do it daily along with zumba 3x a week and see what happens0

I just completed the 30 day shred today. I did it for 30 days straight 10 days each level.
My stats:
height: 5' 2
start weight: 141 lbs
upper arms: 12 in
bust: 37 in
waist: 28 in
hips: 38 in
thighs: 22 in
After:
weight: 137
upper arms: 11 in
bust: 36
waist: 26 in
hips: 36 in
thighs: 21 in
I am soooo happy with my results. My mommy belly is almost gone! That is a great accomplishment for someone who had 2 kids in less than 2 yrs. I just got myself "Ripped in 30" and I cant wait to start.0 -
Weight: 139 -> 135
Hips: 37.5" -> 36"
Waist: 29" -> 27"
Thighs: 24" -> 22.25"
Total: 5.25" and 4 lbs

i have just started my second roundabout of the 30DS (first time around in jan/feb i did a total reshape of my body + lost 10lbs!!!) and i am sooo inspired by all of your progress. CONGRATS! and please keep posting! i need some serious fitspo to push through the next 26 days :-D ...0

Hello! I'm currently doing the 30 shred for the second time, but here are my results from the very first time I completed it. Sorry the pictures aren't great - I wasn't planning on using them to show anyone but myself. I dropped about 2 pant sizes in the 30 days.

Wow you all look amazing! I did the 30 day shred before, but just to supplement my workouts a few times a week. I think I'll try it for the full 30 days this time after seeing everyone's results!0

Hi guys...I started 30 Day Shred on Monday on Level 2, did day 3 today. I've been doing Level 1 off and on along with running for a few months now lol, I thought it was time to finally move on to the next level. Definitely will update with pics when I'm done with Level 3!0

Were most of you also counting calories? Did you only do 20 min a day?
I'm having a hard time believing that only 20 min will yield such incredible results.0 -
I gained 2 pounds.
My stomach (around my belly button) went from 38 to 35.5
My waist went from 33.5 to 31.5
Thighs: 21.5 to 21
No sucking in on either pic...

im about 133 pounds, however only 4' 10" and smiliar to you a size 12-14 in bottoms which i would like to drop to ten or eight! will post pictures later on only on day 4 level 1, but how did you get on? Intrigued as we are around the same body type i guess?0

Would be really interested to hear from those who did adaptations to the shred and still got results.. I can't do the jumping jacks, nor any of the twisting sit ups and I have to stick with small weights due to back issues. It's still a really good workout but not the full on one and that's level one, have soon to look at level 2 and make suitable subs..0

Yes, you will still see results. Any of the cardio that you can't do, just substitute something else, the point is keeping the heart rate up, just keep moving. Level 2 has a lot of plank moves.0 -

Hi! I'm new to the forums but have been using MFP for about a month now. I had my 2nd baby 3 months ago and have been trying to lose some weight and get in shape so started the 30 day shred 2 weeks ago! I thought I would share my halfway results as finished day 15 today Am looking forward to doing the last half and see what my full results are

i just started the 30 day shred but i have missed 3 days now from getting home from work late, but the few days i did it... have mercy it hurt to squat on the toliet. lol cant wait to get started again. these results look fantastic!0
