    Hi everyone,

    I just ordered some weights so will be starting next week. I want to use it alongside my current classes/running and hope to do maybe 3 days per week of 30ds (alongside 3-4 classes and 2-3 30 min runs).

    Do you still see results if you do it intermittently? I would love to hear from people who do it a few times a week and to see how you've got on :)

    Hope they all work I didn't follow Jillian's meal plan I mainly ate under 1600cals a day and did around 4 workout sessions in the gym, these didn't include weights or ab crunches. Mainly treadmill and elliptical trainer.
