Beans. Magical and all that, y'know?
LOL!! Magical? I thought Beans were Musical.
I've heard both, depending on whether you say "Beans, beans, the musical fruit," or "Beans, beans, they're good for your heart."
And Jack had magical beans for the beanstalk.
But my "superfood" is quinoa. It even says so on the box so it must be true.0 -

3 super foods:
1) Kashi 4 Cheese Pizza. It fits my macros to perfection. If I ate the right proportion for calories, I'd be gold.
2) Yukon Gold Potatoes. They taste delicious and can be cooked 100 different ways.
3) Tilapia. The universal fish.
Sure, these aren't technically "super foods," but i think that super food line is garbage. These are, however, delicious, cheap, and delicious.0 -

Blueberries! I buy them for my kids whenever they get sick and they look forward to it. I wish I knew how to grow them....

I don't believe in having one food to get me the largest number of nutrients. I'm trying to avoid eating the same food every day. I should have something new every day. That would be my "super diet."0
